At check out there was a $160 fee and they would not remove it saying it was agreed to.
Don't expect employees to treat you better if you tip we tipped 50.00 to the front desk and we were promised a room on same floor as friends at no fee additional. Diamond/Platinum check in was very poor, long lines and no additional service.
